- Making accurate and timely decisions, following internal guidelines and standards
- Clearly explaining decisions to customers and advisers in a supportive, professional way
- Collaborating with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping us do things better every day
- Maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude and acting with integrity in everything you do
- Fluent German (written and spoken) - this is essential
- A couple of years' experience in underwriting or claims for life/serious illness insurance
- - OR a medical background (e.g. nursing or medical degree)- OR a relevant business or industry qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organisational ability

- Strong base salary, depending on experience, in the range of €65,000 per year
