Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting and negotiating technology, outsourcing, distribution and licensing agreements
Advising on Irish & EU data protection laws, including compliance strategies
Providing IP legal support, advising on e-commerce and consumer law
Acting as a lead advisor and key client contact, developing strong relationshipsThe ideal person

3-6 years PQE in a reputable law firm (or relevant in-house experience)
Strong experience in commercial contracts & technology law
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A business-focused mindset with a keen interest in career development
