- Location: The Medical Centre, Main Street, Kilcullen, Co Kildare, R56 NV26
- Salary Range: €15 - €16 per hour depending on experience
- Provide comprehensive administration support across the group
- Co-ordinate and participate in induction for new employees
- Work with the payroll team to ensure all relevant changes are made
- Employee administration including maintenance of personnel files etc
- Provide general support to colleagues and management
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the business
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- High level of computer literacy including comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision
- The ability to remain calm, professional and polite in dealing with our patients and colleagues
