Chef de Partie - Summer Season Opportunity, Ireland 🇮🇪 High-Volume Coastal Role | Seasonal Contract Start Date: April Location: Co.Sligo Salary: €17.00 - €18.00 per hour + Tips Hours: 35-40 hours per week Contract Type: Seasonal (Summer) Accommodation Support: Provided About the Role A busy and well-established hospitality operation on Ireland's west coast is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team for the summer season. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment driven by strong seasonal demand, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional kitchen while earning strong seasonal income. You will work within a structured team delivering consistent, quality food during peak service periods.
