- Ensure all work adheres to Workplace Health and Safety and Environment systems and legislative requirements.
- Maximise project efficiencies.

- Contribute to achieving Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI's).
- Participate in implementing or devising innovative, cost-efficient construction methodologies and techniques.
- Work actively with site managers and the workforce to minimise rework.
- Manage delegated projects in conjunction with the Site Supervisor.
- Develop construction programs for projects in collaboration with the site team.
- Continuously monitor program progress to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with the project manager to plan the resources required to execute the construction program (equipment, labour, subcontractors).
- Plan and execute procurement of materials and subcontractors to meet construction programs.
- Prepare and analyse end-of-month project cost reports with the Project Manager.
- Monitor environmental controls for serious risks to the environment.
- Promote safety and demonstrate safe behaviour.
- Perform other duties as required, consistent with the responsibilities of the Engineering and Operations function.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or architecture; advanced degree preferred.
- Experienced in civil, structural, and architectural engineering roles, preferably focusing on energy projects and infrastructure, is required.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards related to civil, structural, and architectural engineering (e.g., Eurocodes, IBC, ASCE).
- Experienced in successfully delivering engineering projects from concept to completion, ideally in the energy sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at all levels.
