  • NMBI Registration RNID desirable.
  • Management Qualification- Possess a Recognized Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
  • Full Clean Driving licensee and access to vehicle.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Have previous experience at CNM1 level/ equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability
  • Have previous experience working with individuals with autism / mental health
  • Can work effectively with families and the wider MDT
  • Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and the role of the person in charge.
  • Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change.
Desirable:
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate effective leadership and managerial skills, and the capacity to manage change.
  • Have experience of working with behaviours of Concern and complex care needs and supporting mentoring staff teams in the delivery of a high quality to the people we support.
  • Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies as set out in the Job description
