With industry leading experts in insulation, airtightness and passive fire protection, HPC offers a comprehension range of products from industry leading suppliers.Part of Ireland’s largest independent building material supply group, HPC Insulation now has opportunities for a Sales Representative EWI to develop our external wall insulation (EWI) portfolio.Job Purpose:The successful candidate will actively work on developing our EWI offering by engaging with our current customer base and also NSAI & SEAI registered contractors to actively promote and sell from our portfolio. While the role is primarily based on developing the EWI customer base there is also the opportunity to develop general insulation contractors. The role will involve engagement with our supply partners to develop and certify contractors on the NSAI scheme using our registered EWI system and well as general sales of render and EWI solutions. Working closely with our supply partners as well as HPC logistics and procurement teams, the successful candidate will have the opportunity contribute to the growth and success of the business.Key Responsibilities:The candidate must have a positive attitude to sales and customer service and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The role will require the candidate to:· Interact with customers, colleagues and suppliers in relation to product and specification requirements.· Engage with our supply partners to provide training and site support to customers· Work with internal colleagues and supply partners to manage scheme requirements.· Train in the requirements of the NSAI registered contractor scheme.· Pro-actively engage with existing and potential customers to grow & develop new business.· Process quotations, sales orders, and technical enquiries.· Co-ordinate with the purchasing and transport functions to ensure best in class customer service.· Ensure quotations are returned promptly and actively followed up.· Work with the wider group sales teams to maximise opportunities.· Manage project requirements with procurement and transport teams to ensure excellent customer service.Skills and experience:· 2 / 3 years’ experience of internal / external sales in the construction industry, a knowledge of EWI an advantage.· Technical and sales knowledge of insulation / EWI an advantage however; full training on products and applications will be given.· Self-motivated, with an ability to work as part of the sales team, and individually to meet sales targets.· Ability to develop working relationships internally and with the wider network.· Strong organisational and communication skills.· IT skills associated with Microsoft excel packages (Word and Excel).Benefits:· Bonus / Commission· 22 Days Annual Leave· Employee Discount· On-site ParkingJob Type: PermanentHours: 39 hours per week (Monday - Friday)HPC Sales Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer.
