- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices for talent engagement, sourcing channels, and messaging
- Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, X-ray search, and data mining
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies
- Share data-driven insights to support informed hiring decisions
- Utilise sourcing platforms, CRM systems, and ATS tools (including Workday) to manage pipelines and candidate data
- Stay up to date with emerging sourcing tools and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through to recruiter handover
- Clearly communicate the organisation's value proposition to potential candidates
- Track and analyse sourcing metrics such as time-to-source, response rates, and pipeline conversion
- Use insights to continuously refine and improve sourcing strategies
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years' relevant talent sourcing experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years' experience
- Strong track record of sourcing candidates through a variety of channels
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience mentoring or advising hiring managers and recruiters
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in employer branding is an advantage
