- Conduct internal and external maintenance.
- Maintain clean and tidy seating areas.
- Keep all hygienic storerooms clean and orderly and ensure mops and other equipment are cleaned daily.
- Maintain the forecourt to the highest standards.
- Notify the relevant manager promptly when cleaning supplied are low and need reordering.
- Place wet floor signs as necessary.
- Complete and adhere to all provided training, including manual handling, HACCP, and company procedures.
