
Marketing Effectiveness Manager

- Develop, manage, and report on a company-wide marketing scorecard with clear insights and recommendations to enhance marketing impact and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to assess media and creative strategies, and use econometric modelling to inform decisions and optimise return on investment.
- Manage the group marketing budget, review spend recommendations, and oversee contracts, tenders, and procurement processes. Maintain strong relationships with key media and creative agencies.
- Promote marketing excellence through training, performance reviews, and award submissions. Act as an internal advocate for effectiveness, creativity, and continuous improvement across campaigns.
- A minimum of five years' experience in a senior marketing or communications role, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, interpret analytics, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Previous experience managing people and working with media or creative agencies is essential.
