Scrum Master - Agile TransformationLocation: Dublin, IrelandAbout the Role:Are you a highly experienced Scrum Master passionate about driving Agile transformation and continuous improvement? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client, an international investment bank, and play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and delivery of their technology teams. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a change agent, coaching teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Leadership: Facilitate end-to-end Agile delivery for multiple projects, including all Scrum ceremonies and key team interactions.
  • Team Empowerment: Guide teams toward self-organization and cross-functionality, ensuring they are accountable for delivering on their commitments.
  • Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove obstacles, engaging the right stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum and align with forecasted timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Product Owners to maximize business value, manage priorities, and align delivery with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Process Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement in team processes, tools, dynamics, and communication, while also supporting organization-wide adoption of Agile best practices.
  • Risk & Governance: Ensure delivery adheres to company frameworks and policies by identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master with 3 or more teams simultaneously.
  • A track record of successfully transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile theory, methodologies, and practices, including estimation, planning, forecasting, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in training teams and the wider organisation on Agile concepts.
  • A passion for driving the resolution of complex problems and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster a transparent and trusting work environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile metrics and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience within Trade Surveillance and Capital Markets
