- Lead the development, qualification, validation, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and processes for new product introductions.
- Identify and drive improvements in product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and equipment performance.
- Support the achievement of operational KPIs such as yield and value improvement initiatives through strong team collaboration and strategic planning.
- Embed organisational values and vision into day-to-day operations and decision-making.
- Utilise change management skills to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor industry and market trends to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
- Solve complex technical and organisational issues while assessing broader business implications.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate technical updates effectively to stakeholders, converting engineering insight into actionable business recommendations.
- Influence key stakeholders across the business to drive alignment and achieve strategic objectives.Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Honours degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience in both people and technical leadership roles within a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally within the medical device sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering process improvements in high-quality, high-volume manufacturing settings.
