- Manage and service an existing portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews and renewal management
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products that add value to clients
- Develop new business through networking, referrals and proactive prospecting
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring competitive pricing and comprehensive cover
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible terms for clients
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial insurance including property, liability, motor fleet and professional indemnity
- Handle claims support and queries, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the claims process
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Contribute to the growth of the Dublin office through business development initiatives and strategic input
- CIP qualified or higher with significant experience in commercial insurance broking
- Proven track record in managing a commercial book of business while generating new revenue
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ambitious, results-driven and motivated to build a career within a growing office environment
