**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a **Renewables Developer** to join our friendly and collaborative team.
This role will support the project development team in greenfield development, acquisitions, business case development, and project pipeline delivery. Ideally, applicants will have two to three years of relevant work experience in renewable project management or a closely related field.
This is a Cork-based position with some travel required to project sites and stakeholder meetings.
**What You Will Do**
- Assist in the planning, management, and delivery of solar and wind projects from site evaluation through to pre-construction;
- Communicate and engage with landowners to secure agreements (heads of terms, option agreements, leases);
- Liaise with external technical and environmental consultants;
- Work with the technical team to assess potential site layouts and conduct initial yield analysis;
- Coordinate with the broader project team on land, planning, and stakeholder engagement matters;
- Support grid connection applications with in-house technical input and liaise with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs);
- Report on project status through written reports and presentations at approval meetings;
- Attend industry workshops and events to build and maintain a professional network.

- Two to three years' experience in a similar role within the energy or a related industry;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Proven relationship-building skills with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Clean driving license;
- Right to work in Ireland and/or the EU.
