Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.The project: The project is a generational project providing Dublin and Ireland with a much-needed world class Metro system to support the fast-growing population. The project is an 18.8km fully autonomous Metro system, consisting of 16 stations, 2 significant tunnelled sections and a number of significant structures along the alignment. The project will integrate existing transportation systems through the city and surrounding areas, including the Dublin airport, Irish Rail and the LUAS. The successful candidate must lead by example and serve as a role model ensuring the highest standards are adopted across the project.You’ll be responsible for:
  • Applying strong HSE knowledge across all project activities.
  • Championing wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
  • Providing strategic direction and oversees programme delivery environments.
  • Driving service excellence and quality outcomes.
  • Managing budgets, compliance and ethical operations.
  • Influences long‑term business strategy and sustainable outcomes.
  • Directing, developing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver programme success.
You’ll need to have:
  • Experienced temporary works professional with 10+ years in heavy civils and 5+ years TWC leadership.
  • Strong expertise in permits, BS 5975 compliance and coordination across permanent and temporary works.
  • Proven stakeholder, commercial and team‑leadership capability with relevant technical qualifications or professional membership.
  • Sector knowledge in major infrastructure with understanding of sustainability and carbon impacts.
