🕒 Shifts:

Mon–Fri 7 am to 3 pm, Fri 7 am to 2pm

Your Impact

Supervise operations to meet safety, quality & productivity goals
Lead daily shift meetings and ensure smooth handovers
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support cross-training
Ensure accurate material handling, stock control, and documentation
Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives

What You Bring

2–3 years’ experience in inventory or supply chain supervision
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Good PC & Excel skills; knowledge of inventory systems
Eligible to work in Ireland; fluent in English
Jabil experience (internal applicants only)

Nice to Have

Experience in electronics manufacturing
Background in lean/process improvement
