Requirements of the Breakfast Chef

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie
Strong background in hotel kitchens or high-volume breakfast service
Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
Ability to work independently and keep a clean, organised station
Valid work permit and full legal entitlement to work in Ireland
Availability to work early mornings, weekdays, and weekends

Responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef

Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes to consistent standards
Manage prep, cooking, and presentation for a busy morning service
Maintain excellent organisation, cleanliness, and stock control
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and internal food safety procedures
Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a smooth morning operation
