- Managing a caseload of clinical negligence and/or inquest matters
- Advising on relevant legal issues and strategy
- Engaging effectively with stakeholders across the health and public sectors
- Supporting the Head of Clinical Litigation as required
- Qualified solicitor eligible to practise in Ireland
- Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in clinical negligence or personal injury litigation
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law and court procedures
- Experience with the public health sector is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative approach and strong organisational skills
