F&B Assistant - Fitzwilton HotelWe are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Food & Beverage staff to join our friendly dynamic team.Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisors, a Food & Beverage Assistant will provide a friendly and efficient service to our customers in our Bar, Restaurant and Function rooms.Must be available midweek & weekends to be considered.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo greet regular customers courteously.To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining.To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.Monitor the bar / restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers.Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible both in the hotel or wider group.Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.About the roleThe Ideal candidate:Will have previous experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment.Enjoy working with the publicOutstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.Maximum flexibility with regards to hours/ must be available to work over a 7 day period- Must be flexible to work midweek and weekendsBe a great team player.Fluent in English.About the Fitzwilton HotelThe Fitzwilton is a beautifully styled boutique hotel with modern designs, features and comforts throughout.
