Maintenance ManagerLocation: Portlaoise, Co. LaoisHours: Full-time, On-site, Monday to Friday, 8-4:30pmA leading multinational manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance team and ensure the reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the maintenance department, driving equipment reliability and minimising downtime
Oversee preventive maintenance programmes and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and process control systems
Support and deliver site projects in collaboration with project management teams

Requirements

3-5+ years in a maintenance management role
6-8+ years' experience in manufacturing/production
Strong knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, BMS, and SCADA systems
Skilled in both mechanical and electrical maintenance
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems, and CMMS software
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Willingness to be on call for emergencies
