Financial Accountant

• Balance Sheet and P&L accounting and reconciliations
• Supporting the External Audit process, fulfilling auditor queries
• Preparation and submission of Revenue returns
• Identify and deliver control and compliance improvements.
• Linking with other parts of the Finance function to understand & influence Accounts Payable priorities and resolve AP business issues
• Create and maintain procedure documentation in conjunction with finance and the wider business.
• Identify and deliver Continuous Improvement projects as required.

• Experience of working in a large-scale fast-paced organisation, ideally as part of a controls focused finance team with a track-record of delivering high quality results
• Stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships, internally and externally
• A self-motivated approach to work – can do attitude, well organised to effectively prioritise and deliver high quality results
• Excellent analytical skills and excel skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years PQE

• Experience with Navision/Business Central desirable

• 38 hours per week
• Hybrid Working – 1 day onsite
