My client, a leading Bathroom, Tile & Wood Flooring Showroom in South Dublin, is seeking a motivated Flooring Salesperson to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic retail sales professional with a genuine passion for consultative selling, exceptional customer service, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.As a Flooring Showroom Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience.Through personal consultations, you will inspire, guide, and support customers to bring their flooring vision to life.Salary €35k-€50k, negotiable but must reflect experience, 10% commission, free lunch on Saturday.Key Responsibilities for the job of Showroom Salesperson – Wood Flooring & Tiles
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain an exceptional showroom appearance and assist with merchandising displays.
  • Actively listen to customer needs to deliver tailored flooring solutions.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations within customer budgets and company guidelines.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries in person and by phone.
  • Promote the full range of flooring products, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Follow up on quotations to convert leads into sales and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
