- Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused, right first-time service, managing any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
- Accurately capture data and enter it on to the relevant systems.
- Respond to all contacts from both internal & external customers made via all the available channels.
- Fluent Irish Speaker
- Excellent customer service skills – with the ability to communicate both clearly and effectively.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including a high standard of vocabulary & grammar.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills – with thorough attention to detail.
- Ability to work towards customer service SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Computer literate (including Microsoft Suite) and data entry skills.
