Rate of pay: €15.41 per hour plus €50 a week allowanceQualifications: PSA Licence essentialExperience: 1+ Years in a similar environmentAbout the RoleBidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Security Team Leader for our prestigious client at Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with excellent leadership skills.The Role:
- Carry out the duties of Team Leader as required by the operations manager.
- Support the Site Supervisors and Site Manager in the performance management of staff, which will include appraisal, disciplinary, absenteeism monitoring, individual conduct and personal contribution
- Ensure compliance with the Site Specific and Bidvest Noonan operating instructions
- Support the development of Bidvest Noonan Security Officers
- Ensure that all employees are conversant with and comply with the company's policies in relation to Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
- General security duties
- Any other reasonable Security duties requested
- Carry out all other requirements as stated in the client specific Assignment Instructions
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Professional approach to all situations
- Good communication skills both Written and Verbal.
- Possess and display initiative and shows attention to detail.
- Courteous and has a friendly manner when dealing with customers and vendors
- Proactive in areas of customer service delivery.
