Our business strategy is closely aligned with the ambitious Planet Passionate sustainability strategy set by Kingspan Group and focused on waste reduction, water conservation, energy efficiency, and carbon minimisation.About the RoleThe Finance Business Partner role will play a critical role in driving commercial and operational performance across our global footprint spanning EMEA, the US, APAC and rapidly expanding emerging markets. Reporting to the Divisional Finance Director the key purpose of the role is to support local leadership teams by providing financial insight, strategic analysis and commercial guidance. A critical aspect of the role will be to lead post-acquisition finance integration and support global strategic projects, ensuring that new businesses align with group policies, systems and performance expectations.Key Responsibilities· Lead the finance transition process for newly acquired entities, including onboarding, integration of systems and processes, implementation of financial controls and compliance frameworks, and alignment to group reporting standards.· Support and / or lead the finance element of global projects across business transformation initiatives, finance process standardisation, change management and performance improvement programmes.· Partner with functional business leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives across commercial and manufacturing operations.· Deliver timely, insightful analysis to support decision-making around pricing, margin optimisation, cost control, and investment planning.· Monitor and challenge business performance through monthly reporting and KPIs and drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, business insight, and financial transparency.· Continuously assess and analyse margin performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining cost efficiency.· Ensure accuracy and integrity in the quoting process by collaborating with relevant departments to validate cost inputs, analyse pricing strategies, and assess profitability.· Support the development of financial and supply chain forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.· Preparation of reports (e.g. financial and inventory analysis, forecasting, metrics and dashboards) to support the organisation in the financial planning and month end process.· Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance financial performance across the organisation – including in operations and supply chain.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsEducation: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. A professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is essential.Experience: Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes. Experience of M&A transition including financial process set up, systems transition and stakeholder management. Specific industry experience is not essential but desirable nonetheless.Skills:· Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insight.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and build relationships across geographies.· High degree of flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.· Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage.· Willing and able to travel globally for extended periods to support regional teams and global projects.Stay connected with us on for insights into life at Kingspan Data Solutions.Kingspan Data Solutions is an equal-opportunity employer.
