The Dublin team is expanding, and they are seeking a capable Sales Team Lead to guide a high performing sales group focused on acquiring new customers and driving commercial growth. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring the wider programme delivers consistent, high-quality results.The Role
- Coach and support your sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with programme leads to share best practice and resolve challenges.
- Provide clear and consistent communication around performance expectations.
- Review current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Develop and execute improvement plans that support team success.
- Use data, reports, and performance insights to identify trends, strengths, and gaps.
- Present recommendations to senior leadership through weekly reporting and formal business reviews.
- Build strong relationships, encourage accountability, and lead by example.
- Manage day to day sales operations and support team members with coaching and problem solving.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
- 2+ years’ experience leading a sales team or mentoring sales professionals.
- Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Confident in managing conflict, fostering collaboration, and building trust.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and general productivity tools.
- Proven ability to coach low performers to reach target levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify data driven opportunities.
- Adaptability and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
