The Job:We are currently working with a leading Logistics provider to recruit a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability. You will lead the full sales cycle, developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct cold outreach to generate new sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present competitive pricing proposals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Lead client meetings to review performance and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' B2B sales experience (logistics/freight forwarding preferred)
  • Strong commercial awareness and proven sales success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
