Site Manager - Commercial Projects

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with specifications
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to maintain productivity and programme adherence
• Track project progress, ensuring all activities comply with drawings, specifications, and programme milestones
• Enforce health & safety standards in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations
• Uphold high-quality standards through routine inspections and quality control procedures
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, and design team to coordinate activities and resolve on-site issues
• Manage site logistics, including materials and plant, ensuring efficient procurement and utilisation of resources
• Maintain accurate daily site records and progress reports, ensuring clear communication with senior management
• Support the identification and management of variations in collaboration with the commercial team
• Lead site meetings, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to ensure effective communication and site coordination
