- Execute and assist in batch release testing, technical transfers, and co-validation activities in compliance with GMP.
- Accurately document laboratory work, ensuring completeness, clarity, and adherence to SOPs.
- Review and analyze assay data, demonstrating proficiency in laboratory techniques and methods.
- Perform routine data analysis, assist in investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, conduct trending analysis, and contribute to investigation reports.
- Support the preparation, updating, and issuance of laboratory documentation, including SOPs, as required.
- Assist in the qualification, calibration, and performance verification of laboratory instruments.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and participate in maintenance activities as needed.
- Apply aseptic techniques, maintain and handle cell cultures, and work within a GMP laboratory environment.
- Comply with laboratory safety, biowaste handling, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Minimum of a BSc in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in analytical techniques such as aseptic techniques, cell culture, cell-based bioassays, and ELISA is preferred. Internship experience is acceptable for recent graduates.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to independently execute assays, accurately document results, and recognize anomalous trends or deviations.
- Problem-Solving & Prioritization: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize objectives, and meet scheduled timelines.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
- Additional Competencies: Familiarity with GMP laboratory practices, handling biowaste safely, and working with laboratory instruments is advantageous.
