- Our client is developing the capability to produce all its medicines in Dublin, helping to ensure continuity of supply of our medicines as they expand internationally.
- Serve as the primary SAP SME for inventory related processes in the warehouse and provide expert guidance on SAP transactions and master data issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot SAP inventory movements (goods receipts / issues, transfer postings, scrapping, etc.) ensuring transactional accuracy and full traceability.
- Ownership of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and ensure real time inventory accuracy with zero negative balances.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of inventory between systems and physical stock.
- Take ownership of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Conduct and interpret warehouse capacity reports using SAP data and Excel analytics to forecast and optimise storage utilisation.
- Perform siting assessments and capacity planning for new product introductions or business continuity planning.
- Support internal and external inventory audits, acting as the primary SAP contact for audit trail and data validation.

- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands on SAP experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials management.
- Strong understanding of SAP master data, movement types, bin management, and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, charts).
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
- High attention to detail with proven problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to train others on SAP related processes.
