- Work in Point of Use as required by your Supervisor or Line Manager where you will be assigned to scanning and/or replenishing of stock
- Work in Goods inwards as required by your Supervisor or Line Manager where you will be assigned to unloading deliveries and distributing of cages
- Use of Barcode scanning system to reserve stock
- Maintenance of inventory storage systems
- Participation in regular point of use audits
- Utilise ICT Procurement Systems (Punch-out and SAP systems) to ensure efficiencies in service delivery.
- To assist line manager in the performance of his/her duties and to carry out such other duties as may be assigned to him/her.
- Implement new systems as directed by Line Manger and co-operate with the introduction and use of new technology and practices.
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel
- Ensure deadlines are met and that service levels are maintained
