This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across product, pricing, governance, operations and sales, and who wants real exposure to end‑to‑end product development in the Irish market.In this role, you will:
- Support the company’s Product Oversight & Governance requirements, including monitoring and maintenance of policyholder funds
- Provide ongoing support to the Policyholder Investment Oversight Working Group
- Support the Propositions team across all aspects of product pricing, design and development
- Develop and maintain product literature
- Participate in product development projects, including supporting the Head of Product Development with maintenance of the product range on IT systems
- Support Operations and Sales teams, including handling technical product queries and quotation support via the Actuarial Helpdesk
- Assist with management information, including market research, competitor analysis and book analysis
- 5–10 actuarial exams passed
- At least 2 years’ experience in a life assurance or pensions role
- Experience in product or pricing roles (advantageous), with exposure to business analysis or project management a plus
- Strong knowledge of products in the Irish Life & Pensions market
- Proven analytical and mathematical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel, with experience in VBA, R or Python an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to use initiative and take ownership of work
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑moving environment
