Duties to include: Routine maintenance in the buildings, and surrounding grounds, Assist with basic upkeep of the model railway and exhibition areas, Perform minor repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks, Ensure visitor areas are safe, clean, and well maintained, Assist with setting up exhibitions, Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas in good condition, Trim hedges, shrubs, and bushes to keep pathways clear and tidy, Plant and maintain seasonal flowers, plants, and display beds, Weed flower beds, gravel areas, and walkways regularly, Sweep and clear outdoor paths, seating areas, and entrances Remove fallen leaves and debris from grounds and drainage areas and other duties as may be required.
