Location: GalwayOur client is a national building companyThey are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team for upcoming commercial & residential projects in Galway & Co GalwayReporting to Commercial Manager you have will have overall responsibility for projects depending upon project size – can range €5M to €50M+Ideally you will have worked on similar type projects from greenfield thru to completionRequirements:
- 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience.
- Main Contracting background preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive, results-driven approach.
