- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including cash handling, adherence to security protocols, opening/closing procedures
- Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support performance management
- Ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment and effectively resolve customer queries
- Assist in driving store performance by monitoring sales, identifying trends, and supporting KPI achievement.
- Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality; confident in engaging with the public and ensuring high service standards
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and engage team members
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage operations, staff, customer needs, and admin tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
