Responsibilities:Manage a diverse portfolio of audit engagements, taking ownership of planning, fieldwork, and completion stages.Communicate audit findings and key issues to management in a clear and professional manner.Work collaboratively with Partners and the wider Audit Team to deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of clients.Contribute to the supervision, mentoring, and ongoing development of audit team members.Adopt a proactive approach to client service, offering value-added insights and strengthening both general and specialist industry knowledge.Support the professional and technical growth of trainees through guidance and coaching.Liaise with specialist departments such as Tax, Corporate Finance, and HR to ensure a seamless and comprehensive client service offering.Qualifiactions:Recently qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA). * 2+ years of Irish practice expereince.Solid technical expertise in auditing standards and accounting principles.Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.Proven ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines.Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering excellent client service and contributing to business growth.
