- Connect with potential clients to learn about their business goals, challenges, and needs, delivering customized solutions to help their growth.
- Create and implement strategic plans to identify and engage potential customers in the small-to-medium business (SMB) sector.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media to qualify leads and spark interest in the company’s products.
- Manage the entire sales process from first contact through to closing the deal, keeping an organized and current pipeline of opportunities.
- Work closely with teams such as marketing, technical solutions, and customer success to improve client interactions and outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date on product developments, industry trends, and market dynamics to offer knowledgeable advice to clients.
- Proactively discover new sales prospects, manage your pipeline efficiently, and focus efforts to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1 level) with excellent verbal and written skills; strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Demonstrated success in sales or sales development roles, especially in acquiring new customers and surpassing targets within the SMB market.
- Enthusiastic about business development, using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
- Skilled in handling complex sales cycles and engaging multiple decision-makers, including senior leadership.
- Experienced user of CRM platforms (like Salesforce) and knowledgeable about sales engagement tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building trust and clearly conveying value.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and persistent in lead generation and closing deals.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing territory to maintain a robust sales funnel.
- Background in e-commerce, fintech, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Prior experience selling point-of-sale (POS) solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, BANT, or Challenger is beneficial.
