- Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolve customer issues across the product range by asking targeted questions.
- Document complaints and inquiries according to company guidelines.
- Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and in writing.
- Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints within KPI targets for individuals, team, and company.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain and share product expertise within the Technical Support team.
- 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (preferred: Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering) - desirable, not essential.
- Call center or administrative experience also accepted.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role, capable of handling technical complaints professionally.
