Our multinational technology client, in Dublin city centre, have an exciting requirement for a HR Knowledge Specialist for a contract up to the end of January 2027. The successful candidate will work with various teams to promote and support HR transformation initiatives and HR Knowledge clean-up and content communication. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED· Lead activities to ensure up-to-date content and knowledge for HR Operations teams Able to articulate and write content that translates to relevant employees· Manage centralised knowledge base and identifying gaps· Ensure up to date HR knowledge articles and improve content and effectiveness· Audit & update existing knowledge for accuracy and relevancy,· Conducting training to reflect and embed changes· Documenting and writing knowledge articles· Understanding of HR and strong consideration of user's experienceEXPERIENCE REQUIRED· Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business or related field.· Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance needs.· 2+ years of document writing experience.· 2+ years of project/program management experience.· Experience working with multinational organisation and ideally past involvement in a HR transformation effort.· Experience with knowledge article writing, content creation and trainingFor further information please contact Maryclaire Booth - or +353(0)16146027
