The overall aim of the role is to support the business with a proactive and dynamic approach to customer service and account retention.Some of the roles key responsibilities are outlined below and if it sounds like you then we would love to hear from you:Key Responsibilities· Oversee key account performance across 30 sites within retail and brief the business on outcomes and agreed next steps.· Consistently achieve all KPI’s as set by the business.· Ensure compliance standards are achieved with regards to EHS&Q· Upkeep of client specific accreditation platforms to ensure the business remains compliant at all times.· Serve as the point of contact for clients and engage with operational staff to resolve any escalations/requests as required.· Continuously monitor customer and industry trends.· Communicate new product and service developments to clients.· Achieve business targets contributing to the success of the business.· Oversee recruitment, training and development requirements within each area under your remit.Role Requirements· Minimum of 5 years experience working in the Facilities Management Sector· Highly organised and responsive· Strong leadership qualities putting clients and teams to the forefront· A good understanding of client service requirements· A good understanding of Quality Audit Systems with a keen eye for detail· A good understanding of H&S compliance· Prepare and conduct Monthly Client KPI & Quarterly Business Review meetings.· Must have a full driving licence· Competent at Microsoft officeGrosvenor Services is an Equal Opportunities Employer and part of the Disability Confident Employer Scheme.If you're ready to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment , apply now!
