- Ensure overall workmanship aligns with associated specifications and codes.
- Maintain full traceability of plant and materials specifications.
- Control all documentation related to quality assurance and quality control.
- Confirm that all relevant check sheets and documentation are duly signed and maintained.
- Coordinate all documentation for project handover.
- Compile walkdown schedules and documentation packs.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Mechanical/Building Services or Manufacturing Engineering, or a suitable Trade Qualification.
- Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of ductwork documentation, including Isometrics, P & ID’s, Material Certification, and Piping Specifications.
- Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with large QA database systems such as Eida, etc.
- Basic understanding of Duct manufacturing processes.
- Ability to compile Test Packs and Handover Documentation, including identifying and flagging test limits, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in a contracting environment.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a multi-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive under strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in line walking would be highly advantageous.
