Job Title: Middle Office - Bank Debt (Manager Level)Location: Ireland (Remote)The CompanyOur client is a global fund administration and asset servicing provider with more than 2,000 employees worldwide and a significant operational presence in Ireland, Europe, and APAC. The firm is experiencing strong international growth, particularly driven by new private equity and private credit fund mandates.As part of this expansion, the organisation is continuing to scale its Middle Office operations supporting EMEA and APAC clients.The OpportunityAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Middle Office professional (up to Manager level) to join a growing Bank Debt operations team. The role will focus on supporting bank loan processing, lifecycle management, and operational oversight across a diverse global client base.This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Ireland.Key Responsibilities

Manage bank loan processing and settlement activities
Coordinate loan closings and lifecycle events
Ensure accurate trade capture, reconciliation, and operational controls
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and counterparties to resolve operational queries
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Assist with oversight and coordination within the team where required

Requirements

Experience in Bank Debt / Bank Loan Operations or Middle Office
Strong understanding of loan lifecycle events, settlements, and operational workflows
Background within fund administration, asset servicing, or investment operations
Experience in organisations such as Citco, BNY Mellon, or similar environments is advantageous
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively within a global operational structure
