- Support the team in preparing and servicing guest rooms and public areas in line with established SOPs.
- Conduct room inspections using the defined quality checklist before rooms are released for sale.
- Maintain accountability for cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition across assigned areas.
- Execute daily task sheets, manage section pantries, and oversee accurate inventory use.
- Report defects or maintenance concerns promptly through designated internal platforms.
- Complete assigned credits daily, adjusting as occupancy and business needs require.
- Ensure accurate start and finish times are captured and validated for productivity alignment.
- Support cost control by maintaining par levels for chemicals, OS&E, guest amenities, and linen.
- Assist department managers by providing information required for budgeting and performance reviews.
- Lead by example, supporting training initiatives and reinforcing grooming and service standards.
- Guide team members in stocking trolleys, preparing work areas, and following daily operational requirements.
- Remain flexible in supporting all housekeeping areas in line with business demands.
- Contribute to team development by supporting coaching, feedback, and skill-building on the floor.
- Uphold safety procedures, ensuring correct use of chemicals and protective equipment.
- Maintain immaculate standards across rooms, floors, public areas, and estate surroundings.
- Champion consistency through adherence to shift checklists and SOP-driven processes.
- Support sustainability objectives by ensuring proper waste segregation and linen-discard tracking.
- Act as a communication bridge between leadership and the housekeeping team.
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory role within a luxury environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead by example in a guest-focused, standards-driven environment.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
