Job DescriptionSupport Pharmacist - SwordsWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Support Pharmacist to join our team in Swords. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a fantastic work-life balance with no weekend work, late nights, or Bank Holiday shifts required. The role involves working 4 to 5 days a week,9am-6pmIf you are a motivated and patient-focused pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact in your community, we would love to hear from you.As a Support Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community to foster customer loyalty.
Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately while adhering to all regulatory and professional standards.
Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure the availability of essential medications.
Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborating with the pharmacy owners to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets performance goals.
Performing other day-to-day duties as required to support the smooth running of the pharmacy.

You will work alongside a dedicated healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care to the local community.To be successful in this role, you will need:

A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm degree.
Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, colleagues, and suppliers.

Your typical day will involve:

Dispensing prescriptions and providing expert advice to patients.
Managing stock levels and ensuring the pharmacy is well-supplied.
Building relationships with customers and offering exceptional service.
Collaborating with the team to maintain a high standard of care and operational efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
