Position: Document Controller.Location: Office - Maynooth, Co. You will work closely with the Electrical BIM Manager and a team of BIM detailers to deliver cutting-edge projects. Current requirements allow for a base in our office in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Process multiple workstreams and workflows of documents daily including a thorough QA check, printing and review/distribution.
  • Numbering, amending, submitting, and managing detailer's documents prior to issuing to Client.
  • Monitoring the process of documents that have been issued to the Client and internal team.
  • Ensure the latest revisions are administered and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal/external project stakeholders to ensure all parties are working to the correct drawing revision and other design documents.
  • Coordinate and control the RFI and EWN process.
  • Manage the process of project reports, handover documentation etc.
  • Manage project documentation in sync with digital filing structures.
  • Administration of EHS, Quality and Environmental compliance documentation (to file induction sheets and waste tickets).
  • Archive electronic and paper documentation.
  • Liaise with the IT department and various support functions for project team.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Daily cooperation with BIM Manager.
This role will provide exposure to a wide range of expertise relating to pharmaceutical, life sciences, construction, and other sectors. The successful candidate will be supported in developing their knowledge and skills as their responsibilities grow and evolve.Skills and RequirementsTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Degree Qualification in a relevant discipline desirable.
  • 3+ years' experience within the construction industry
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems and document control.
  • Experience with concept management systems is advantageous.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Demonstrated appetite for continuous learning and personal development.
