- Responsibility for supporting our customers with product training on our Automated Infusion Systems product portfolio, Safe Infusion Therapy and Safety products within our Hospital Channel portfolio.
- Promoting confidence and competence in the use of the B Braun Product Portfolio to ensure correct handling and troubleshooting of the B. Braun products resulting in safer patient care and better patient outcomes.
- Facilitating product demonstrations and practice-based workshops at Hospital Education Centres and other Health Care Facilities throughout the country.
- Plan, organize, facilitate, and record training as appropriate with existing and potential customers and build and maintain strong links with educational teams within the hospital structure.
- Responsible for engaging with the key stakeholders in relation to annual training plans and to plan, co-ordinate and facilitate training, maintain training records and to analyse training activities and provide reporting when necessary.
- Responsible for the recording of all training carried out, updating the Training Calendar, and scanning and filing these records in accordance with the B. Braun Quality system.
- Represent the Company at trade association meetings to promote products when required.
- Building and maintaining relationships by engaging with key stakeholders, Education Teams, Clinical engineers, Nurse Management and Nurse Practice Development is key to the success of this role.
- As a B. Braun Training Specialist working alongside our Technical Service Teams and Sales Teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and service at product evaluation phase, installation phase and post-installation phase and in the preparation and submission of tenders. This collaboration is key to the success of our team.
- You will be tasked with keeping up to date on all new products and associated training resources. These training resources must be managed and localised if required for the Irish Market, including training videos, quick references guides etc.
- Based in Greater Dublin Area
- Flexible to travel nationwide (32 counties).
- Nursing degree an advantage.
- Clinical product training experience desirable.
- Knowledge of infusion pumps or medical devices an advantage.
- Strong planning, organisation and work prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work independently producing the relevant materials necessary for the role.
- Strong I.T. and communication skills, essential.
- Full clean Irish driving license, essential.
