Client Management / CDD Remediation – Senior Role | Global Investment Bank |Oliver James is exclusively partnering with a leading international investment bank to recruit a senior professional into their Financial Crime team in Dublin.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile function at the heart of the organisation, focusing on CDD remediation, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance. The role offers significant stakeholder exposure across business lines and the chance to influence cross-functional projects that support the bank’s strategic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute CDD remediation activities in line with regulatory standards and internal policies for clients under a new or enhanced banking licence.Manage and track progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Develop and maintain project documentation, including remediation plans, dashboards, and reporting packs.Conduct client outreach via email and phone, consolidating requirements and liaising with regional counterparts.Identify and drive process improvements and control enhancements based on remediation findings.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 8 years’ experience in CDD/KYC within banking, financial services, or consulting.Strong background in remediation projects, ideally large-scale CDD/KYC book of record reviews.Comprehensive understanding of the client onboarding lifecycle and global regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID).Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with the investment banking operating environment.Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2) desirable but not essential.What’s on OfferCompetitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.Hybrid working model in Dublin.Exposure to global stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.Career development support, mentorship, and structured training programs.Opportunity to contribute to high-impact client management and regulatory initiatives.📩 If your experience matches this exciting opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
