We are currently working with a client that is now seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer / Data Engineer for an exciting contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in data warehousing, data modelling, and PL/SQL development.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions and datamarts
Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database packages
Design and implement data models using star schema and dimensional modelling techniques
Develop robust ETL pipelines using SSIS and Oracle tools
Collaborate with BI developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions
Monitor and ensure the performance and integrity of data systems

Key Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in a similar Oracle Developer or Data Engineering role
Strong expertise in PL/SQL development and performance tuning
Proven experience with data warehousing concepts and implementation
Solid understanding of data modelling, particularly star schema and dimensional design
Experience building and maintaining ETL processes, ideally with SSIS
Knowledge of datamart architecture and development best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience working in agile or hybrid environments
