- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing & contracts
- Optimise stock levels, ensuring availability without overstocking
- Use market insights and data to drive competitive pricing and margin performance
- Work cross-functionally to support sales and operational teams
- Handle purchasing administration including orders, transfers, and invoicing
- Degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in purchasing/procurement at management level
- Strong negotiation, supplier management & commercial skills
- Excellent analytical ability with a data-driven mindset
- Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP/purchasing systems
