This role is ideally to be based in Dublin, Ireland and is a fantastic opportunity to travel and build your auditing skills in a wide range of product areas. We are also open to applications from strong auditor candidates based outside of Ireland, in European countries where we operate.Hybrid Working Pattern offered - we offer flexibility with regards working from both the office and from home, when not travelling.Travel is mainly within Europe - approx. 40% travel on average across the year with approx. 25 audits per year.Scope of the RoleThe QA Auditor will plan, schedule, co-ordinate, lead or participate, and follow up on assigned audits in a range of different areas. The responsibilities include timely lifecycle management of assigned audits by:
- Developing and communicating appropriate scope and agenda where acting as audit lead.
- Effectively managing time and tasks to ensure appropriate audit preparation, efficient execution of audit activities, and timely reporting and follow-up.
- Skilfully analysing audit data and correctly identifying departures from GMP.
- Following up on audit observations and CAPAs through closure and verification.
- The role may also include project work and continuous improvement initiatives relating to the audit process.
- 5+ years Quality experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, with some of that within Supplier Auditing specifically
- Knowledge of relevant legislations
- IRCA certified or similar is highly desired
- 3rd level education (chemistry, biology, pharmacy, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field)
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS Office and preferably Trackwise
- Ability to work independently while consulting with others as appropriate
- Flexible for frequent international travel
